Learn to use ProCare Childcare Management Software
ProCare's easy to use Management Software allows even persons with modest computer ability to get started quickly. Choose from Free, Self-Paced Learning Tools (described below) or schedule a Custom Live Training session led by a knowledgeable ProCare instructor.
Important Notice!
Procare v10 was released in 2009. The prior generation, known as version 9.1, will be supported through December 2011. No further updates beyond 9.1.431 are anticipated. For Payroll users W2 software and tax tables compatible with 9.1 are intended to be available for tax years 2010 and 2011. The Help File you are currently viewing pertains to version 9.1 only.

You're in the online help system right now. Just select a topic from the Table of Contents pane (left side) or use the Index button or Search box to look up a particular ProCare subject. Help is also built into ProCare – simply press the F1 key on your keyboard at any ProCare screen.

Use Getting Started Guides
Procare user guides are included with the software to help you get around each ProCare module. You may print additional copies online or from your Procare CD - just open the "Getting Started Guides" folder on the CD (it may be called "GetStart") and select the guide of your choice.
Print Installation Instructions
Print instructions on how to install Procare and setup hardware products like the ProCare Time Clock.
Check the Resource List
A list of online resources for childcare & daycare management including topics like: Child Immunizations, the CACFP Food Program, Childcare Associations and more.
